He further specialized through fellowships: cleft lip & palate and craniofacial surgery, TMJ (jaw joint) surgery, and facial plastic surgery — training that underpins his expertise across complex facial reconstructive and aesthetic domains.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Agni has extensively trained in hair restoration surgery, reflecting his interdisciplinary mastery.

Dr Agni used to serve as Centre Director of Mumbai Ckeft Cente based at Navneet in collaboration with DCKH, Germany. He also was an accredited Cleft surgeon at Godrej Hospital affiliated to Smile Train, USA in the past.
He continues charity surgeries at BKL WALAWALKAR hospital, Dervan situated around 300kms away on the Mumbai Goa highway as a part of his philanthropic activities.

Dr. Nisheet Agni

Dr. Nisheet Agni specialises in the management of disorders affecting the face and jaws. He maintains an exclusive practice limited to oral and maxillofacial surgery in Mumbai since 2011. He competed his MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the renowned Sharad Pawar Dental College, Nagpur University, which ranks amongst the top 3 training institutes in this field all over India in 2008 under Prof. Dr. Rajiv Borle and Prof. Dr. Suhas Jajoo (Incharge Plastic Surgeon). After successful completion of his specialisation he continued to work there as an Assistant Professor and acquired additional skills and training in complex maxillofacial trauma and Oral cancer surgeries.

Later Dr Nisheet pursued a One year fellowship in Cleft Lip, Cleft Palate & Craniofacial Surgery under the tutelage of Dr. Sunil Richardson, an eminent Cleft & Craniofacial Surgeon in South India. He has trained with many senior and eminent surgeons in India as well as abroad. He was privileged to train with world renowned and senior most cleft surgeon in India, Dr. H. S. Adenwalla, with over 50 years of surgical experience at Trissur, Kerala.
He has also attended numerous advanced training programs to keep himself updated and upgrade and hone his skills from time to time.
He has trained at the 9th People’s Hospital, Shanghai in TMJ surgery (jaw joint surgery) and is amongst a handful of surgeons who are trained in Arthroscopic jaw joint surgery. He has also trained at the Khoo Teck Paut Hospital, Singapore in Facial Plastic Surgery.
Currently Dr Nisheet maintains a speciality Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Mumbai and has admission rights at quite a few hospitals in Suburban Mumbai including Sterling hospital (Borivali West), Zenith hospital (Malad West), Surya Hospital (Santacruz West) to name a few.
Dr Nisheet Agni also devotes significant time towards serving humanity by providing free surgical services for patients at BKL Walawalkar hospital, Dervan which is a 500 bedded super speciality hospital on the Mumbai Goa highway.
He is a Project director of Mumbai Cleft Centre affiliated to DCKH (Deutsche Cleft KinderHilfe e.V) a charitable organisation which funds surgery for underprivileged Cleft Lip & Palate babies.
